1. Weigh 1 oz of raw sea moss for every 16oz jar of gel you want to prepare.
2. Clean the raw sea moss with spring water by rinsing and scrubbing the sand and debris off of it by hand. Rinse the water and repeat this step four times.
3. Submerge and soak the cleaned sea moss in a bowl of fresh spring water for six hours.
4. After the sea moss is rehydrated then put the sea moss into a blender, add 16oz of fresh spring water, and blend on high for three minutes straight until the texture of the moss becomes creamy.
5. Add the creamy moss to a jar and store it in the refrigerator. There it will solidify into gel and add 1/4 jar of moss to smoothies, teas, or however you desire to consume it every day.
{WARNING: Sea moss gel must be consumed with in two weeks before the gel goes bad so only prepare as much as you will consume leave the rest of your sea moss in its raw form to prevent it from spoiling}
